September 2026

Players

Your emails now show what's coming up

  • Get a welcome email that lists the club's next events, and a recap that points to the next one
  • See members-only events marked as such in every email that names them
  • Read your recap's league rank and new badges in your own language
  • Never see a club's test events in your emails, calendar feed or shared links

Players

The Sealed format reads Scellé in French

  • Read Scellé for the Sealed format on the event page and in your WhatsApp announcement
  • Get your invitation, confirmation, reminders, recap and digests naming the format in the language you read
  • See a shared event's preview text name the format in the language of the link that was shared
  • See a free entry token that expires while the event page is open stop being offered right then

Staff

Free entry tokens good for the formats you choose

  • Pick which formats a free entry token pays for, on an event, a membership or a grant by hand
  • Your WhatsApp announcement, the event page, the email and the profile all say what a token is good for
  • A player whose tokens do not cover an event is told so, where the pay button would be
  • Leave every format unticked and your tokens work exactly as they do today

Club owners

Maintenance update on current framework releases

  • Every app runs on current releases of its web framework and its sign-in and data libraries
  • No screen or workflow changes: staff and players have nothing to relearn, and invoices keep their layout
  • Check which build you have: the profile menu shows version 2026.09.19 once your club is updated

August 2026

Club owners

Partner organizers run their own events

  • Invite another shop or club to post their events on your site, under their own name
  • Choose what each organizer may do, from creating events to seeing attendee names
  • Review what they submit before it goes public, or let a trusted organizer publish directly
  • They get a portal for their own events and attendees; players see who is organizing

Players

Play day details stay readable at any screen width

  • Read a play day's full address on one line, instead of three lines wrapped beside an empty column
  • See the location pin at full size, however long the venue's address runs
  • See a single upcoming play day use the full width of the section instead of half of it

Players

Event details stay readable on a phone

  • Scroll an event's details on a phone with nothing tucked under the scroll bar
  • Reach the sign-up and pay buttons with clear space above the bottom edge of the screen
  • Scan each player's decks on a phone by commander, power bracket and legality warnings alone
  • See the analysis-incomplete note only where you manage your own decks, not beside every event deck row

Staff

Entry tokens get their own place in the Ledger

  • Let any event opt in to accept entry tokens as payment, not only the events that always did
  • Record where a batch of granted tokens came from, from a shared list that membership also feeds
  • Switch, on one Ledger tab, between the grant history and who currently holds a token
  • See tokens on the same table credits already uses, instead of a separate screen

Players

Membership purchases get their own price and dialog

  • Offer membership as a second, optional purchase at event sign-up, settled by the desk alongside entry
  • Quote one membership price everywhere it's asked, from a single source of truth
  • Let a player check and buy their own membership from a dialog right on their profile
  • Keep the membership purchase card out of sight for clubs that don't also sell credits

Players

Mobile dialogs keep their buttons within reach

  • Tap every button in a dialog's footer on a phone without the layout swallowing its height
  • See a mobile sheet resize to fit its content instead of cutting content off
  • Scroll a dialog's body on a phone without content sliding under the action buttons

Club owners

Configuration becomes a licensing and integrations hub

  • See your subscription plan and exactly which modules it includes, laid out on one Configuration page
  • Find every settings card grouped by what it configures instead of hunting one long list
  • Get an in-app warning before a lapsed subscription goes read-only, with a grace period first
  • Turn on an external league connector yourself by entering its credentials in a Configuration card

Players

Commander night decks, scouted by the table

  • Bring up to 10 decks to a Commander event, each checked against your declared power bracket
  • See every other signed-up player's decks before the game starts, right in the event page
  • Save decks to your own profile once and reuse them at the next event with one click
  • Get a bracket suggestion when a deck doesn't fit the one you picked, instead of a flat rejection

Club owners

Run the platform under your own name and colors

  • Deploy the whole platform for a new club under its own name, logo, colors and domain
  • Set your own venues, prices, event length and contact details in one place
  • Choose which features are switched on for your club
  • Keep your own terms and privacy pages, in your own words, alongside the shared product terms

Players

Free draft tokens for paid attendees

  • Award a free draft entry by hand, in bulk, or automatically to every paid attendee
  • Players redeem their token online or at the desk for any draft event
  • Canceling a registration returns the token, which otherwise expires on a set date
  • Draft and sealed sign-ups stop asking for a decklist that never applied

Club owners

One consistent look across every app

  • Staff, players and vendors now see one polished, consistent design across every app
  • Menus, dialogs and forms behave the same way everywhere, with proper keyboard and focus support
  • Fixed a homepage flicker on return visits, a cut-off mobile pop-up, and a cramped mobile event card

Club owners

Connect events to an official sanctioning league

  • Sync your event results automatically with an outside sanctioning league
  • Show players a sanctioning badge on qualifying event pages
  • Turn the connection on or off without touching anything else about the event

May 2026

Players

Richer, more open public event pages

  • Event descriptions support rich formatted text, rendered safely for every visitor.
  • Anyone can see how many people are going; viewing names now asks for a quick login.
  • The list of who's going opens by default for every visitor, logged in or not.
  • Prizes for an event are written per event or dropped in from an English or French template.

Staff

Store credit becomes a full payment method

  • Players can cover part of an entry fee with credit and pay the rest another way.
  • Staff price and buy or sell single cards for store credit, using live market prices.
  • Entry fees can be paid entirely with credit, or credit can be applied as a discount on any payment.
  • Reimburse a player's credit balance in cash or Twint, with the ledger updated instantly.

Staff

Cleaner books at event close-out

  • Staff can correct a payment's method after the fact — swap cash, card, or Twint.
  • Test events and test data stay out of reports, ledger totals, and the public site.
  • Staff add notes and record extra ad-hoc income directly on the finalization PDF.

Vendors

Vendors accept EUR and track credit in real time

  • Vendors and attendees can pay in EUR, settled in CHF at the daily exchange rate.
  • Vendor shops see live credit balances and a running record of their invoices.
  • Staff can reverse a confirmed redemption or log an offline sale manually.

April 2026

Players

Sign up as a duo or trio team

  • Players register together as a pair or trio, or join a team that still needs a member.
  • Staff pair up solo sign-ups and resolve incomplete rosters before the event.

Staff

One player record, with a full activity history

  • Staff see every registration, credit change, and contact on one player's timeline.
  • Staff add private notes directly on a player's history for future reference.
  • Merging duplicate accounts keeps one keeper's full history and resolves conflicts field by field.

Players

A smoother, more forgiving path from visitor to member

  • Sign up on a phone without hitting a broken menu or a stuck onboarding step
  • An imported record links to a real account on first sign-up, history and membership along with it
  • Credit granted to someone before they even sign up moves to their new wallet automatically once they do
  • An anonymous visitor who wants to register is sent to sign up first, then lands back on the event they wanted

Staff

Log every contact with a player and invite them by email

  • Log a call, email or message against a player from any event, under consent
  • Filter players by contact status and read their full contact history in one dashboard
  • Invite players picked from the outreach list to an event with a localized email invitation
  • Read one player's attendance, outreach history and activity all on a single page

Staff

A wave of accuracy fixes across events, ledger and players

  • Calendar invites carry the correct time zone, so event times read right in email
  • Verify pending Twint payments right in the ledger, and see every balance to two decimal places
  • Narrow the event list by format, and export a chosen set of attendees to a CSV ready for tournament software
  • Register for an event without a payment step, and see a full explanation before deleting a player

Staff

Players are recorded by real first and last name

  • Every existing player record is split into first and last name automatically
  • Staff and players see proper names everywhere instead of one combined display name

Players

Players spend store credit at partner shops

  • Pick a shop, name an amount, and get a countdown code to spend a credit balance in person
  • Vendors sign into their own portal and watch redemptions arrive in real time
  • Staff invite and manage vendors from admin, and bill them by invoice
  • Credit grants and spends are now reliable, with balances reconcilable on demand

Club owners

See revenue and event profitability at a glance

  • Chart revenue over time and drill into how profitable each event was
  • Export a month's financial summary to CSV

March 2026

Staff

Control what your club sends and what it shows

  • Turn each type of automated email on or off without a code change
  • Preview a template before it goes out, and watch the send queue
  • Flip a switch to show or hide a page for everyone, instantly
  • Roll a feature out and pull it back if something looks wrong

Players

Twint payments, player recognition, mobile admin

  • Pay by Twint at an event and have it reconciled automatically
  • Earn badges and attendance streaks, with a monthly recap email
  • Run staff tasks from a phone and act on several players at once

Players

Store credit, leagues, and prize payouts

  • Earn, spend, or get refunded store credit, tracked in the ledger
  • Import tournament results and see standings on a public leaderboard
  • Have event prizes paid out automatically as store credit

Players

Sign up, browse, and RSVP without staff help

  • Complete a guided onboarding wizard when creating an account
  • Filter events by format and time range, and read a How to Join page
  • Register or cancel for an event yourself and get an automatic confirmation email

February 2026

Players

A bilingual site with localized event sharing

  • Use the public site in French or English, each properly indexed for search
  • See a simplified set of four player roles, tracked by membership year
  • Share an event page in a player's own language with a matching preview image

Staff

Booster stock, an event calendar, and WhatsApp posts

  • Track loose boosters pulled from a retired set alongside sealed stock
  • Browse public events in a monthly calendar as well as a list

  • Invite a player by email and let them set their own password

December 2025

Club owners

  • See every payment in one ledger, filterable and summarized
  • Set custom member and guest prices for an individual event
