The thread that swallows everything
Signups counted in thumbs-up emoji. You find out who didn't come standing next to an empty table.
Website, signups, memberships, league standings, player emails. Under your brand, on your domain, live in two weeks.
For clubs and for game stores. Magic, Pokémon, One Piece, D&D — every game you run.
We build your demo before you pay anything.

I am…
One platform, two ways of running it. Pick one — the page follows.
What it costs you today
Signups counted in thumbs-up emoji. You find out who didn't come standing next to an empty table.
Every hand-written email, every membership spreadsheet, every reminder — that's somebody's evening.
Nobody notices a regular has been gone three weeks. Then they're gone for good.
What your game nights cost you today
Entry fees into the till, prize support out the door. Your POS can't tell you which evening actually paid.
Your regulars live in a Facebook group. You can't email the people who fill your tables on a Wednesday.
Staff counting heads and chasing no-shows, instead of selling across the counter.
What Playset does
Six pieces. Each one replaces something your committee does by hand.
Your brand, your events, a calendar members can subscribe to. An address you're happy to share.
Personal accounts, capacity limits, the membership year handled for you. No more counting thumbs.
Season standings, hall of fame, badges, streaks. A reason to show up every week.
Players win credits and spend them on an entry — or at your vendor stores. The retention flywheel.
Confirmations, reminders, results, digests. Sixteen templates, in your colors, from your own domain.
Members, events, stock, cash and TWINT, the ledger, a report per evening. One panel.
What Playset does
Six pieces — and a number your POS can't produce: profit and loss per event night.
Your brand, your calendar, signups that need no Facebook account. Beside your webshop, not in place of it.
Capacity limits, guest lists, and who is actually coming — before the evening starts.
Standings, badges, streaks. The reason a regular comes back next week instead of ordering online.
Prize support handed out as credit, spent at your counter. It stays in the shop.
Confirmations, reminders, results, digests — to a player list that is yours, from your own domain.
Events, stock, cash and TWINT, the ledger — and profit and loss for every evening you run.
Case study
Memberships, weekly evenings, league standings and member emails — a whole club on its own domain, running on Playset since 2025.
Magic Geneve, in numbers
The product
Your players, your counter, your league.

Credits, online payment for entries and memberships, and the portal for your vendor stores.
Other organizers — shops, clubs, co-hosts — post their events on your site, from their own portal, and you decide what each of them may do.
Branding, legal texts, domain and email, your data imported, your committee trained. This is where the real work is.
For a 60-member club, Essentials is under CHF 10 per member per year — less than one draft entry. Bring back two lapsed players a month and it has paid for itself.
One price covers the platform as it stands and everything that lands in it as it grows, for your club's ordinary season, however many members you have. Work that is yours alone — or a convention on another scale — is quoted before it starts; if it turns out to be useful to everybody, it ships to everybody instead.
Pricing — game stores
Billed once a year. Everything the platform does, with nothing metered per player and no cut of what you take.
Commercial
CHF1'790/ year
The whole platform, the Commerce module included, credits redeemable at your counter.

It runs beside your Shopify or webshop, not in its place — we don't touch your card-selling business.

Our commitments
A platform like this sees a whole community's players, money and habits go past. Here is what we rule out.
TWINT, cash and transfers are recorded, not collected by us. We take no percentage of what you collect — not on entry fees, not on memberships. What you pay us is a price agreed in advance, not a share of your takings.
Every club and every store runs in its own environment: its own database, its own hosting, its own access.
European hosting at every tier, and one customer's data is not used to reach another customer's players.
Your players and your data are yours. The software stays ours, licensed to you — that's what turnkey means: you maintain nothing.
What it takes
What it takes
Before the committee meeting
Yes. One club, one price, all games — you define the formats and event types.
Playset is web-first and installs to a phone's home screen. Native apps are not part of the offer.
Nobody gets an API from Wizards of the Coast. Copy the final EventLink standings, paste them into Playset — two minutes at the end of the evening, and league points, standings and badges update on the spot.
Your club does: you are the controller, we are the processor, and an agreement under the revised Swiss FADP says so. The software itself stays Pixeesoft's, licensed to you.
No. No payment passes through us, and nothing we charge is a percentage of what you take — what you pay is a price agreed before you say yes.
Tell us. Small things land in the next update, for every club. Something built for your club alone is quoted before any work starts — and if it turns out to be useful to everybody, it ships to everybody instead.
It can. It follows what the platform costs to run and to keep current — hosting, security updates, and the work that keeps it modern. Any change arrives with your renewal, a full billing cycle ahead, so your committee decides before it pays. Founding clubs hold their rate for their first three years.
The app in German — this page is in German, the product is not yet — the Swiss Unity League connector, and Shopify stock sync. None of it is sold today, and none of it has a date.
